Do You Love to Sing?

Perhaps singing with the Dundalk Chapter is just what you've been waiting for!  If you can carry a tune, we'll teach you all  the rest.  It's a rewarding hobby that we share with women of all ages and from all walks of life.  You are cordially invited to visit the Dundalk Chapter at any rehearsal - every Thursday from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the North Point Government Center, corner of Wise Ave. and Merritt Blvd. in Dundalk (across from McDonald's.) Why not call our membership chairman, Lynda Drehmer, at (410) 288-0022 for more information.

Requirements:

All women are welcome.  A desire to sing and the ability to learn barbershop harmony are the primary qualifications.
During your first visit, you have the option of either sitting out and listening to our style of music, or joining us to sing or listen from the "inside".  We want you to get the "feel" of our chorus in whatever way makes you most  comfortable.  On your second visit, our Director will help you decide what part you should to sing.  You will be assigned a "Buddy", who will help you with the music, words, choreography, answer your questions, and generally make you feel at home.
Prospective members sit in for several singing rehearsals. This gives you time to try our style of music, work under our Director, and get to know us better.
When you are ready, you will be asked to
audition. After passing your audition, you will be given an application for membership which will be taken to the Chorus for a vote - you are then on your way to a  lifelong hobby!
